Ingredients

  • 6 eggs

  • 6 ounces cream cheese (3/4 package), room temperature

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • Pinches of black pepper and cayenne pepper

  • 1 cup shredded Italian cheeses

Directions

  • Peat an oven to 350°F.

  • In a food processor or blender, combine the eggs and cream cheese until thoroughly mixed.

  • Add the spices and salt and mix again.

  • Grease a 9x13 pie pan and cover the bottom of the pan with the Italian cheeses.

  • Add the egg and cream cheese mixture to the pan, making sure it evenly covers the bottom. Bake for about 25 minutes.
