Ingredients

  • 1 lemon

  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 pinch dried oregano

  • 2 sprigs fresh parsley, for garnish

Directions

  • Split the lemon into halves and squeeze one half onto the chicken breast.

  • Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.

  • Add the olive oil to a skillet over medium heat.

  • After the oil has heated, add the chicken.

  • While cooking, apply the juice from other lemon half and the oregano

  • Sauté each side of the chicken breast for 10 minutes or until the juices run clear.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley.
