Ingredients

  • 4 ears husked corn

  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  • Turn on grill to high heat and coat the main rack with cooking spray.

  • In a large, shallow dish, stir together the sour cream, salt, cumin, pepper, and garlic powder.

  • Grill the corn for 8-10 minutes, or until it is browned in spots. Turn the corn occasionally. Coat each ear with the sour cream mixture and sprinkle each ear with cilantro and chili powder.
