Ingredients

  • 24 ounces lean ground beef

  • 20 ounces ground pork

  • 4 ounces ground veal

  • 6 cloves garlic, minced

  • 5 large eggs

  • 5 tablespoons ground oregano

  • 1/2 cup cream of rice cereal

  • 5 ounces Romano cheese, grated

Directions

  • Add the ground beef, ground pork, and ground veal in a large bowl and combine.
