Ingredients

  • Nonstick vegetable oil spray

  • 2 12-ounce boxes frozen spinach

  • 1 cup cooked brown rice

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 cup liquid egg white substitute

  • ¾ cup shredded fat-free mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup fat-free milk

  • ½ medium onion, chopped

  • ½ tablespoon low-sodium Worcestershire sauce

  • ¼ teaspoon dried marjoram

  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme

  • ¼ teaspoon dried rosemary

Directions

  • Preheat an oven to 350°F.

  • Thaw the spinach and place in a colander, pressing on the spinach to remove the excess water.

  • Place the spinach in a large mixing bowl and add all the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.

  • Transfer the mixture to a 2-quart baking dish sprayed with vegetable oil spray. Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.

  • Remove from oven, cool slightly, cut into eight squares and serve.
