Ingredients

  • 4 eight inch whole wheat tortillas

  • 2 cups sliced cooked beef steak

  • 2 cups baby spinach

  • 1 cup thawed frozen corn

  • 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed & drained

  • ½ cup low fat cheddar cheese

  • 4 tablespoons barbecue sauce

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  • Slice the cooked steak into small strips. Lay out the tortillas onto a baking pan lightly coated with cooking spray. Place even amounts of spinach, corn, beans, cheese, and steak onto each tortilla. Pour a tablespoon of barbecue sauce over each one and roll to form wraps .

  • Bake the wraps for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve hot.
