1/3 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon Szechuan sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 pound boneless chicken breast, diced
2 cups frozen broccoli
1 6-ounce package frozen snow peas
2 cups cabbage, shredded
2 cups cooked brown rice
Prepare sauce mixture by mixing orange juice, soy sauce, Szechuan sauce, and cornstarch in a small bowl.
In a skillet, stir fry the chicken in heated oil for about 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is done.
