Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons white onion, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon pickled baby capers, drained

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh dill, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 4 white sea bass fillets, each 4 ounces

  • 1 lemon, cut in quarter

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  • Mix the first five ingredients together in a small bowl, stirring to mix well.

  • Set each fillet onto a piece of aluminum foil, and drizzle with juice from one lemon wedge. Spread equal portions of the dill relish over all four pieces of sea bass.

  • Wrap the aluminum foil around the fish to seal in the juices. Place the wrapped fish onto a baking sheet, and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the fish is opaque. Serve immediately.
