Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped

  • 4 prepackaged crepes, 8 inches each

  • 4 ounces reduced-sodium turkey breast, sliced

  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat Colby and Monterey Jack cheese, finely shredded

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a baking dish with an even layer of cooking spray.

  • In a pot, steam the broccoli for 5-7 minutes or until tender.
