Ingredients

  • 3 large potatoes

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano

  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme

  • 1/2 teaspoon sage

  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Celery salt, to taste

  • Garlic salt, to taste

Directions

  • Set an oven to 450 degrees F.

  • In a small bowl, combine the oregano, thyme, sage, rosemary, and pepper.

  • Cut the potatoes into 1/4 inch slices and add them to a greased, shallow baking pan.

  • Coat the potato slices with olive oil and season with the combined herbs and spices.

  • Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Take out of the oven and add the celery salt and garlic salt for taste.
