6 bananas, sliced lengthwise
6 tablespoons brown sugar
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 cup raisins, or other dried fruit
1/3 cup pecans, chopped
Spray or butter a 9 x 13-inch pan, lightly. In the pan, arrange the split bananas and top evenly with the brown sugar, small pieces of butter, raisins, and pecans.
