Ingredients

  • 6 slices of deli ham

  • 6 raw eggs

  • 1/2 cup of 2% shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Cooking spray

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • Spray six muffin tins with cooking spray. Place one slice of ham in each tin and bake for 10 minutes.

  • Take the tins out of the oven and crack an egg into each cup. Use a fork to break the yolk, but do not mix. Add salt and pepper to taste, and place the tins back into the oven for about 10 minutes or until desired doneness is reached.

  • Remove the tins and sprinkle with the remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
