2 pints strawberries
2 cups non-fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
1 dash ground ginger
1 dash ground allspice
Fresh mint (optional)
Slice eight strawberries and set aside.
Add the remaining strawberries, yogurt, orange juice concentrate, sugar, water, ginger, and allspice to a blender and puree until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Garnish with the eight sliced strawberries and mint, if desired.
