3-6 strawberries, cut in half or quarters
A splash of balsamic vinegar
Peel the skin and remove the seed of the avocado. Use a fork to mash the avocado. For a smoother consistency, add to a food processor.
Rinse the strawberries and add to the food processor.
Add the balsamic vinegar and blend until smooth. For a thicker dip, pulse the food processor a few times. Once the desired consistency has been reached, pour into a serving bowl.
