2 1/2 heads broccoli, separated into florets
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon lime juice
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with the olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Spread the florets in an even layer on a baking sheet.
