Ingredients

  • 2-4 pounds grapes

  • 8 ounces fat free cream cheese

  • 8 ounces fat free sour cream

  • ½ cup artificial sweetener

  • 4 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions

  • Wash and drain the grapes.

  • In a blender or food processor, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla on high for 3-4 minutes.

  • Add the grapes to the mixture and mix thoroughly until all of the grapes are covered.

  • Pour the salad into a 9x13 cake pan. Top with brown sugar and chopped nuts.

  • Chill for 1 hour before serving.
