Ingredients

  • 4 banana peppers

  • 2 slices bacon

  • 3 ounces smoked Gouda cheese, shredded

  • 1 diced tomato

  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro

  • ½ cup Japanese bread crumbs

Directions

  • Preheat a grill to medium heat.

  • Cut the ends of the banana peppers and remove the seeds.

  • Cook the bacon until brown and crumble into small pieces.

  • Mix the bacon with the Gouda cheese, diced tomato, cilantro and breadcrumbs.

  • Stuff each banana pepper with the mixture and tightly wrap in aluminum foil.

  • Place on the grill and cook for 10 minutes with lid closed.
