Ingredients

  • 1 can chicken (5 ounces) (or similar amount of pre-cooked skinless chicken, chopped or shredded)

  • 4 ounces fat free cream cheese

  • 8 ounces low fat cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup light blue cheese dressing or light ranch dressing

  • 1/2 cup low fat cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 4 ounces hot sauce

Directions

  • Heat the oven to 350°F.

  • Combine both cream cheeses, stirring well to mix.

  • Add the dressing, hot sauce, and shredded cheese. Stir well.

  • Add the chicken and stir until well mixed.

  • Bake for 20 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated.

  • Skim off any grease on the top of the dish.

  • Stir and serve warm.
