Ingredients

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells

  • 4 ounces fat-free cream cheese

  • 6 ounces cottage cheese

  • 1 cup fat-free shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup mushrooms, chopped

  • 2 cups marinara sauce

  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic

  • 1/2 tablespoon dried oregano

  • 1/2 tablespoon dried parsley

  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Directions

  • Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Cook the pasta shells according to package directions, drain, and place in cool water.

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, mushrooms, garlic, oregano, parsley, and rosemary. Fill the shells with this stuffing mixture and pour the marinara sauce on top.

  • Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
