  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds

  • 1/4 cup hazelnuts, chopped

  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped

  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • Dash of ground cloves

  • 1 cup raisins

Directions

  • Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper, and spray the covered surface with cooking spray.

  • In a large nonstick skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the honey, and stir until the mixture bubbles at the edges (about 2 minutes).
