Ingredients

  • Low-fat graham crackers

  • 8 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup cold skim milk

  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 small box sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 8 oz fat-free whipped topping

  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Directions

  • Place a single layer of graham crackers on the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

  • Beat the cream cheese until soft and smooth. Add the milk and lemon juice while beating the cream cheese until it forms a smooth mixture. Add the pudding mix and whipped topping, and then mix well.

  • Spread 1/2 of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers. Add another single layer of graham crackers and spread a second layer of cream cheese mixture. Finally add pie filling over top. Refrigerate for 4 hours to overnight.
