Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine lettuce

  • 2 cups croutons

  • 6 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  • Wash, dry, and chop the romaine lettuce. Put the lettuce in a large serving bowl, top with parmesan cheese, and set aside.

  • In a large mixing bowl, crush 6 croutons then add the garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and then slowly whisk in the olive oil until the dressing is creamy.

  • Top the romaine lettuce with the remaining croutons and dressing and toss.
