Ingredients

  • 2 large heads of broccoli, cut into florets

  • 1 cup cranberries, dried

  • 1/2 small red onion, chopped

  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup white sugar

  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar

  • 1/3 cup cashews

Directions

  • In a large mixing bowl, mix the broccoli, cranberries, onions, and celery together.

  • In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, rice vinegar, and sugar; next, add the dressing mixture over the broccoli mixture and mix well.
