Ingredients

  • 2 plantains

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Directions

  • Cut the unpeeled plantains in half lengthwise and then place in baking pan peel side down.

  • Melt the butter and combine it with the cinnamon and maple syrup.

  • Pour this mixture on top of the plantains.
