Creating websites for the Handicapped

Websites have become important to all fields of endeavor and their usefulness in the business world will soon eclipse all other forms of communicating with the public. It is estimated that within the next Two Years the use of the Internet to find services and products will double, giving it a <50% market share. Forecaster's are beginning to project this trend could expand exponentially. Web presence is already essential for a companies credibility.\n The handicapped are in need of help in setting up and maintaining websites. This alone, will open a new world for many who cannot otherwise access the resources the rest of us take for granted. \n One important issue is having the ability to produce an income. No longer should the handicapped be second class citizens, dependent on a meager income provide for them, when their needs are much greater than those who are able bodied. All individuals are due a chance for a life of self respect and the pride of accomplishment. \n For the first time in history this is within reach of all but the severely mentally ill, and even they have hope. \n It is up to us to see this comes to pass. Only the help of caring individuals, acting apart from the government, will free these people - our own people - to join society they have been denied membership.
