I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Every time I'm there, they make me feel like I'm their only patient. They go out of their way to help me with everything I need, and I can tell they genuinely care about my well-being. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.

The office was easy enough to find. They've never returned a single one of my calls. If I ever have to leave a message, I can always expect that they won't return my call. During my appointment, I wasn't offered any sort of ideas or recommendations to help me prevent or reduce my inflammation. I was really disappointed. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation.
