I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available by phone 24/7 if I think of any more questions I want answered. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable, friendly, and well-informed the staff was. It was great to be able to talk comfortably with her staff. Dr. Dorsey does her very best to accommodate patients with samples or discounts. I felt safe under her care. I didn't doubt her motives at all - it is all about excellent patient care.
