I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.
