After waiting for an hour to be seen, I told the person occupying the front desk that I had no idea the wait would be so long and that I had other appointments scheduled for the day. The curt reply I received was, "In this office you will be expected to wait 2 to 3 hours to be seen". Further, I was required to make a $250 payment which I had been led to believe was to maintain an account balance. When I asked to get a refund as I have no intention of being made to wait 2 to 3 hours for someone so inept as to be able to manage his own schedule appropriately, I was told the payment was non-refundable. This man also has some very incorrect and dangerous notions about pain management as he is of the belief that someone who is taking Suboxone for opiate dependence has no need for any post-surgical pain management beyond the Suboxone. I feel sorry for the suffering his patients are forced to endure at his hands. I will be writing to the state board of licensing; this man must be stopped.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do seek treatment elsewhere after 3 hours.refused to answer any questions. The wait was so long, Their staff was not knowledgeable at all gave us mis information that caused them to deny treatment and keep 250.00 deposit to be used for treatment copays , refused to refund period even though refused to continue treatment based on patient looks and age, I didn't feel welcome there. they require a 250.00 deposit refuse service and keep the deposit. I don't think the office knows anything about insurance billing otherwise theyd know theyre getting paid for the visit and refund the deposit this is theft!!!!!! I'm afraid that I'll have to fight in court. The chairs in their waiting room were not too comfortable what chair would be after around 3 hours. I didn't want to wait too long we waited 1 hr in waiting room was there a total 3 hours with rudeness and frustration horrible experience for someone looking for help to be turned down and treated in a demeaning manner and DR.Singh walking away consitantly when asked questions or try to explain or fact find on his reasoning flat out lied and demanded copy of report he claimed was why his decision was made and was unfounded which when called out on his lie asked us to leave and simply walks away then comes back then walks away I refused to leave until I got the report to prove his claim was bull.
