Not happy with requests to reschedule my appointment because it "wasn't worth her time" to come into the office for it. When I told her I was angry about this, her response was "But you were the only person coming in that day." I thought office hours were to be kept, not to be kept only if it was convenient for the provider. Keep them; asking me to rearrange my life because it's inconvenient for you is unprofessional.

And I think telling someone with a mood disorder that they are not worth your time is thoughtless at best, and indicates a lack of connection to the patient. I was already thinking she was a flake because the last time I was in, I was early, but the person before me showed up five minutes before my scheduled time and was seen, forcing me to wait 45 minutes.

She isn't a great listener, either. She's not actively harmful, but I am gravely dissatisfied with her level (or not) of professional behavior.
