I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. The worst part was his smell!! He smelled as if he had bathed is a whiskey barrel. It was totally unprofessional. What was even worse was that my husband and I could obviously tell that he had been drinking and was in no shape to see anyone let alone medical patients. Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid.
