Whenever I tried to interject my input or concerns, they immediately interrupted me or cut me off. They pretty much just talked at me the entire time. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish.
