The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting.
