For as little as Dr. Ferguson is available, I suppose he does fine. Unfortunately the people who work for him are habitually rude and dismissive. I'm not crazy, I've never been rude to any of them for a moment, but they ALWAYS talk to me as if I'm some kind of leper. Billing and appointment clerks and whoever picks up the phone. Granted, I haven't frequented the psychiatric health care system all that much, perhaps all patients are treated like trailer park trash, I don't know. God help his patients that actually are mentally ill. I'd hate to have to deal with that bunch in the midst of clinical depression or compromised perceptions.
