Hi. At my age, I've been to numerous Doctors over the years. Hands down, this guy is the worst. He literally spent 3 total minutes with me in regards to a serious issue. I would ask questions and he would react with a short reply, as if I was not allowed to inquire about my condition. Basil was clearly in a hurry and had no bedside manner whatsoever. Awful waste of time and money. He is pompous and acts as if you are offending him with any dialogue. He either lost his passion for being a Dr or never had any to begin with. So disappointing and felt awful all around.
