I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day.
