I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. He is the first doctor we've had in a long time who really listened to my daughter and to me and has worked hard to figure out what works best for her, not just pushing meds at her. We really love working with Dr. Frank. he has ALWAYS been professional, attentive and friendly. His office staff, on the other hand, have so much turnaround that we saw 5 different receptionists in as many months. And they have had a mess with the billing. I'm glad he's going to another practice.
