OCC is a four physician practice. All physicians are board certified in medical oncology and hematology. We also have a fulltime nurse practitioner. We have been in business since 1979. Services We are located at the Frederick Memorial Hospital Regional Cancer Therapy Center, where patients can receive care from their oncologist, as well as laboratory, chemotherapy, and radiation oncology services. We participate in many national cancer research trials, and there is a fulltime clinical research nurse on site. We also offer onsite genetic screening and counseling.

Recent Reviews
The abuse received by the nursing staff was appalling.

Failure to wear gloves, fingernails dug into skin, puncturing skin and causing bleeding and bruising as well as other forms of disregard for protocol.

Nurses were too often rude and overbearing, being poorly educated and trained in basic medical procedures with resulting incompetence that may easily have led to permanent physical harm.

Nurse management take heed: such lack of discipline may lead to legal action and license suspension from less forgiving patients.
