I was not asked questions regarding my lifestyle before I was given a perscription. They did not explain possible side effects, what the medication was or factor in cost of the perscriptions (over $100 with insurance, when other cheapter options were available). Seemed like they did not read my chart each time I went. I was given perscriptions I am allergic to (This information was previously provided). Also, I was charged a no show fee after my flight was canceled due to an ice storm for multiple days. I tried to call before hand, but their lines were always busy. I also tried to explain to the receptionist that I tried to call while at the airport and she did not care. They also will not mail you previous lab results, unless you provide a self stamped envelope or drive to their office and pick it up during their office hours. In my opinion this office is penny pinching and impersonal.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
