I am a healthcare professional. Dr. Michael Phillips answered every question carefully and directly and his answers were delivered slowly and with great detailed. He met and exceeded all my expectations. The office was very busy yet was refreshingly welcoming friendly and courteous. The staff's warmth and professional behavior made my experience much more satisfying. Dr. Phillips personally emailed another internal medicine sub-specialist a request to expedite my referral. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
