They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. They weren't able to answer any of my questions. It made me doubt that they knew what they were doing.
