In all my years of being in and out of mental health, I have never in my life been treated so poorly as I was on 9/21/21 I called looking for help with my depression lows and anxiety highs and instead I received a leftist propaganda schtick about covid 19 vaccine that is killing people all over the world, that I allegedly owed them $90 from 15 or 16 years ago when I was last a patient, and I became the butt of jokes by the woman doing the interview as I explained my various problems... Perhaps a mental patient far worse than myself took the phone? Who knows? She insisted I would not be eligible. Apparently, from her opinion and what I gathered from her nasty tone, I have too many problems and I am a lost cause. She also threatened to take me off my medication which I need to keep me on an even keel and demanded I prove I am on alprazolam with paperwork provided by my DO who is prescribing them to me. I'm not even an actual patient yet and already I feel abused. I was looking for help and instead I was attacked. I WILL NOT BE CALLING THERE AGAIN! Thanks but no thanks, if that's your idea of "help" I would rather have none and suffer....

I tried to call the office due to the fact that my medicine ran out because they never gave me a refill on it. The doctor always gave me refills between office visits. But my supply ran out, and when I called their answer service on a Sat. the nurse ratchet gave me a hard time, and when I raised my voice she hung up. Then I got my wife to call and she was telling my wife to treat nurse ratchet with kindness or she would hang up again. We finally got my medicine ordered from her but she never called it in the drug store. YOU PEOPLE WHO DEAL WITH PATIENTS SHOULD NOT TRY TO PLAY GAMES WITH THE PATIENTS ON MEDICINE.... FIRE THE WRENCH NURSE RATCHET..........
