I tried to call the office due to the fact that my medicine ran out because they never gave me a refill on it. The doctor always gave me refills between office visits. But my supply ran out, and when I called their answer service on a Sat. the nurse ratchet gave me a hard time, and when I raised my voice she hung up. Then I got my wife to call and she was telling my wife to treat nurse ratchet with kindness or she would hang up again. We finally got my medicine ordered from her but she never called it in the drug store. YOU PEOPLE WHO DEAL WITH PATIENTS SHOULD NOT TRY TO PLAY GAMES WITH THE PATIENTS ON MEDICINE.... FIRE THE WRENCH NURSE RATCHET..........

I cannot rightly comment on the professionalism of the doctor, since I was not the patient. I can and will comment on the unprofessional behavior of the front desk staff. When the patient I was assisting into the office vomited from anxiety, instead of attending to her and helping her, they treated her as if she had a communicable disease. This was her first visit to this office. They called me up to the desk, in a very condescending tone, told me that they had no janitor to clean up the vomit and they certainly were not going to do it and what was I going to do about it. My question is this.."How does a medical clinic, that is literally connected to the hospital have no one to clean up when accidents occur?? What would they have done if she came by herself, make her clean it up?? Since I was forced to clean up the vomit, maybe they will take that off of her bill...i doubt it
