Dr Howard Hertz has been my primary care doctor for over 30 years. I've found him to be extremely knowledgeable and caring. He never just pushes you along but actually takes the time to make sure you get the care you need. This process my take a little time but to receive this level of care and compassion it's well worth it to me.
His entire staff has always been professional and kind, and very easy to work with.

This office has gone downhill. Use to have nice staff, Dr. Hertz senior was great. Within the last five years the original staff has been replaced with staff that is rude and incompetent; they constantly try to send you for numerous "wellness" tests and the PAs act like they are doctors. My insurance is a deductible plan. I was just told they want me to give them $100 to keep on account because of the deductible. When I refused, I received a letter two days later saying they will no longer treat me. I have been a patient there for over 30 years and have never not paid a bill. Very sad that this is what this office has become. I wonder if Dr. Hertz SR is aware of all of this or is he just letting his son run the office.
