I used to work for this doctor and his sister, Dr. Grace Fiorentino, at this location 10 years ago when I used to live in NJ. Their father was always there at the office, hovering and watching all the girls in the office to make sure they were doing their job. His father is the one who 'has micro-control issues' & who runs that office because Dr. Diego Fiorentino allows him to do that. As a doctor, the Internist Dr. Diego Fiorentino, is a very thorough doctor and gets back to his patients call regularly throughout the day. But his lack of management skills as well as not having a backbone to stand up to his father & the way he & his father talks about the girls is not only unprofessional, but shows the depth of pettiness, lack of virtue and honor. The father watches the office girls to report to Dr. Diego Fierontino. They are passing gas all the time between the office and the two patients' examining rooms, which is really gross. You can't do your work properly without feeling like you are under the microscope and that is the main reason why you'll see a lot of turnover of staff there as a patient. I found that out shortly after I started working there, how the work environment really was like and nobody should have to work like that. It became very stressful & I saw other girls come and go while I was there. As a patient, you'll get the attention and care you're seeking, as an employee, I highly recommend if you are looking for a medical receptionist/medical assistant position, move on and keep looking. You'll find a much more professional doctor office setting elsewhere.
