Total pompous as*hole. Was totally dismissive after I drove from Queens to Manhattan for a much needed visit. Stay away from this jerk; has no concept of "empathy"

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I spent probably two seconds in the waiting room. They didn't make me wait at all. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
