Staff overall is friendly, but making an appointment and anything else using their phone system is a true hassle. My concerns were either brushed aside or ignored with little sympathy. Got not positive or helpful advice, and he was intent on talking about what he wanted to talk about, instead of listening to me. Did not seem to be able to diagnose anything that was even slightly mysterious and unclear, so I was sent away with no direction.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. When I had a severe Gout attack last year, and a quacky podiatrist couldn't help me, Dr. Horwitz took excellent care of me.
