They made sure my questions were answered as well as they can be answered. They also are available - promptly - if I have additional questions, and they are quick to return phone calls. Their staff is friendly and welcoming, although you have to go through a voicemail system to reach them and sometimes wait for a call back, which is a bit annoying. Once you talk to the staff person, she is fantastic. They are professional and helpful, and the waiting area is calm and pleasant. I generally leave satisfied with my visit, although I wish there was more coordination between my psychiatrist and psychologist so that my psychiatrist had a better idea of how I'm doing. I sometimes feel that enough time is not given to assessing how I'm doing beyond the medications I'm taking. I think my psychiatrist would benefit from having a clearer picture of my ability to function overall (not just in terms of medication side effects). But they are helpful with my medications and committed to finding the medications that will work best for me. It's just that I believe medications are only one piece of the picture, and the therapy I'm doing with my psychologist is the other piece and equally important - and perhaps more important in the long run. All in all, though, this is one of the better psychiatrists I've found, and he spends more time than average with patients; he also is perceptive, which helps in spotting concerns. The office was easy enough to find and is in a private setting. I'm entirely comfortable going to an appointment at this office.

As good as they come! Dr. Albee has helped me work through a very difficult, lengthy depression related to Bi-Polar Type 2. He always works with me in trying to find the correct medications that will be helpful. It is always a collaborative approach with Dr. Albee which helps to give you a sense of some control during those most difficult of times. I highly recommend Dr. Albee.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
