Dr. Bloom did not keep me waiting more than 5 minutes in the peaceful waiting room. His office is on the second floor so the steps are somewhat of a challenge.
Dr. Bloom was very clear telling me that his next appointment was in 55 minutes so I knew in advance how to measure out the time and what I needed to talk with him about during my appointment. He listend to me and hardly said a word. However, at the next appointment he remembered everything I had talked about and I was able to build on from there. He taught me how to recognize my specific issue and how it effected me and how to not let it get the best of me. I am very grateful to Dr. Bloom for all his time, teaching and concern.
