Alexia Flangini, MD, is a native of Greece and received her Doctor of Medicine degree at Charles University in Prague, where she subsequently joined the faculty. Dr Flangini followed this with time at the General Hospital of Kefalonia, Greece. She was a research fellow at Brown University's Alpert School of Medicine and completed her residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. A child neurology fellowship followed at the University of Chicago, and, most recently, Dr Flangini finished her clinical neurophysiology fellowship at The Brain Institute of Miami Children’s Hospital in Florida.
