Richard Oley, DO
Richard M Oley, DO, is board certified in family medicine. He is a native of northeast Pennsylvania, having grown up in Plainsville and graduated from James M Coughlin High School and Wilkes University with a major in chemistry. Dr Oley received his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine on a U.S. Air Force scholarship. He completed his residency in family medicine at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland. He then served with the 22nd Medical Group at McConnell Air Force Base in Kansas and with the 39th Medical Group at Incirlik Air Base in Turkey in support of Operation Northern Watch and Operation Enduring Freedom. Dr Oley is married with three children and is active in his church as a musician and liturgist.
